Esta es una iniciativa para activar y coordinar todas las acciones conducentes al acercamiento de la academia con el sector público y privado, con el objeto de establecer intereses comunes y captar fuentes de financiamiento para el funcionamiento de los proyectos de investigación del INABIO. Dentro de las funciones de este departamento estan:

  • Formular propuestas para la captación de financiamiento proveniente del sector público y privada.
  • Elaboración de propuestas de negocio y servicio.
  • Promover y coordinar la concurrencia a convocatorias regionales, nacionales e internacionales de ayudas en el desarrollo de las actividades de I+D+i.
  • Desarrollar planes estratégicos para la difusión de la actividad del instituto a través de medios de comunicación masivos.
  • Dirigir la promoción del objeto social, académico y productivo del Instituto ante la sociedad y los sectores gubernamental y productivo del país.
  • Apoyar en la organización de eventos científicos (mercadeo, publicidad, exhibiciones, etc.).
